North Carolina’s custom home builder Stanton Homes and Ferguson now offer even more support for local Veteran and Military families.

"Stanton Homes® for Heroes" provides a three percent discount off any Stanton Home, no matter what floor plan is chosen.
This discount is available for all Veterans, retired, and active duty military, including all branches of the Armed Forces, Reserves, and National Guard, who have served honorably for a year or more.
A three percent discount on the price of a new home adds up to $10,500 off a $350,000 custom build price.
With a 100 percent VA Loan, this amount could cover closing costs, allowing a Veteran or military homebuyer to potentially get into a home with no cash out-of-pocket.*
Partners in the program such as Ferguson, offer discounts on top of this three percent discount, so that the savings just keep on adding up across the selection process for homebuyers who qualify for this program.
